tasty tuesday

kale
plain & simple.


once again, Erin has introduced a new, healthy, delicious, cant-get-enough recipe into my life.
it consists of the hearty, leafy green, kale.
plus, it is VERY good for you!

simple kale salad
chopped kale (discard the hard pieces)
drizzle with EVOO
spritz with lemon juice
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (i prefer shaved)
salt & pepper, to taste

*more or less of each ingredient can be added to preference*

***i'm thinking about doing the Master Cleanse, but i'm a little scared of:
- drinking my food
- not consuming real food
- being hungry
- 10 days...of NO real food :(((
- failing

what do you think?? should i accept the challenge?
